Before We Arrive
You complete a short equipment questionnaire: model, rated hash output, firmware version, room dimensions, and photos of intake and exhaust paths. We confirm whether bench or on-site work fits your unit and schedule a load window when someone can be present.
Deposit invoice for on-site visits secures the calendar date. Bench clients receive drop-off hours and handling requirements for intact PSU cabling.
On-Site or Bench Session
- Ambient baseline — Room temperature, humidity, and thermostat setting logged for ninety minutes before load if on-site.
- External inspection — Intake/exhaust photos, clearance measurements, and cable routing notes without opening the case initially.
- Load run — Unit connected to your pool or our reference endpoint at rated power for ninety to one-hundred-twenty minutes.
- Probe mapping — Calibrated probes on VRM phases, memory modules, and hash ASIC heat spreaders; infrared scans across the chassis skin.
- Throttle watch — Hash log checked for dips correlated with temperature spikes or fan saturation.
What the Report Contains
Annotated photos, a spreadsheet of timestamped readings, comparison against our compact-unit reference bands, and plain-language action items ranked by effort. Examples: add standoffs, relocate exhaust, replace filter mesh, or restrict runtime during heat advisories.

After Delivery
One email follow-up within seven days answers clarification questions included in the original fee. Revision visits for implemented changes are available at half the standard audit rate if booked within thirty days.
