We provide independent review, thermal audit, hash verification, enclosure assessment, and consultation services related to compact mining hardware. Information on this site is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All reports, photographs, templates, and written content we produce remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use delivered reports for personal or internal business purposes. Site content, branding, and layout remain our property.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate equipment information, safe access to audit locations, and lawful use of mining hardware. You must not submit false contact details or misuse inquiry forms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Assessments reflect conditions at the time of testing. We are not liable for hash rate changes, hardware failure, pool downtime, or profitability after sessions. Maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your hardware configuration, electrical installation, or violation of lease or strata rules, except where caused by our gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
