Thermal Stability Audit
Flagship on-site or bench assessment mapping board temperatures on compact miners rated 0.05 TH/s and above under sustained load.

Who This Is For
Home miners and small workshop operators running compact ASIC or FPGA units at or above 0.05 TH/s who need verified board temperatures before summer heat or lease inspections. The audit suits single-unit setups and racks of up to four compact devices sharing one room.
What You Receive
A thermal stability audit includes probe and infrared readings at hash ASIC clusters, VRM phases, memory banks, and intake/exhaust paths. We run your unit at manufacturer-rated load for a minimum of ninety minutes while logging ambient room temperature, fan RPM curves, and hotspot deltas.
The written report lists peak and sustained temperatures per zone, compares them against our internal reference thresholds for compact form factors, and notes any throttling events observed during the session.
Scope and Exclusions
Included: pre-session questionnaire review, physical inspection of mounting and cable routing, load test, photo documentation of heat paths, and a follow-up email summary within three business days.
Excluded: hardware repair, firmware modification, electrical panel work, and hash pool configuration. We do not sell mining equipment; recommendations reference third-party models only.
Process
- Submit your unit model, rated hash output, and room dimensions via our contact form.
- We confirm visit date and ask you to run the unit for thirty minutes before arrival so boards reach operating temperature.
- On-site session with portable logging gear and calibrated probes.
- Report delivery with annotated photos and a plain-language summary of risk areas.
Preparation
Clear thirty centimeters around intake and exhaust faces. Have the unit accessible without moving heavy furniture. Provide access to the room thermostat setting used during normal operation.
Next Step
Request a quote with your unit specifications. Most Jeonju-area visits are scheduled within ten business days of confirmation.
