Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation, and rescheduling for Portalsycamoreway Mining Review assessment services.
Overview
This policy applies to paid thermal audits, hash verifications, enclosure reviews, and consultations booked with Portalsycamoreway Mining Review Co., Ltd.
Full Refund Eligibility
You may receive a full refund if we cancel a session, fail to deliver a report within ten business days of the agreed date without your written extension, or if you cancel at least seven calendar days before a scheduled on-site visit.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel between three and six days before an on-site visit, we retain the deposit and refund any balance paid. Cancellations within forty-eight hours of a visit forfeit the deposit but may transfer to a rescheduled date within sixty days.
Bench verification sessions cancelled before drop-off receive a full refund minus a ₩20,000 administrative fee if cancelled less than three days before the reserved slot.
Non-Refundable Items
Deposits forfeited under late cancellation rules, travel fees already incurred, and completed sessions where the report was delivered are non-refundable. Purchased probe consumables or third-party courier charges are not refunded once booked.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least four days before the visit. Additional changes incur ₩30,000 or the deposit forfeiture rules above, whichever applies.
No-Shows
If our technician arrives and access or equipment is unavailable without prior notice, the session is charged at fifty percent of the quoted fee to cover travel and calendar hold.
Work Already Started
Once load testing or probe mapping begins, the session is considered delivered. Disputes about findings must be raised within five business days via email with specific contested sections.
Refund Method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may require three additional days for Korean banking processing.
Cancellation by Client After Report Delivery
Reports are custom work product. No refund is issued after PDF or spreadsheet delivery except where required by consumer protection law.
